Free 5 Week Mindfulness Course
For refugees and asylum seekers
Starts Tuesday 1st August 1.30-3.30pm
(then 8th,15th, 29th August and 5th September)
at Meeting Point, Christ Church, Armley, LS12 3LE
Learn coping skills in a small supportive group with Kate, who is an experienced teacher. Mindfulness can help you to manage stress and anxiety.
