On Monday the 16th February we are pleased to be hosting our partners Opera North for an interactive workshop on their upcoming performances of La Vida Breve and Gianni Schicchi. The workshops will help to introduce people to these 2 operas which Meeting Point are attending on the 11th and 18th February. The workshop will involve singing, exploring the stories and characters, and general discussions around some of the music and will be led by the fantastic artist Matthew Sharp.
The workshop will be held during our mini drop-in, from 1.15 – 2.45pm at our new location, The Venerable Bede Church, Stanningley Road, LS13 4AU.
